Email Delivery - Improper configuration is the primary reason for returned mail.
Cloud.air-america.com SMTP servers require reverse DNS lookup
When email is sent to our clients the sender ip address is checked against spam data-bases.
Blacklisted or no reverse (possibly forged) ips and hosts are not allowed to connect.
Connections will be dropped with a 550 error.

Returned to sender 550 error? "Check email header for rejected ip address"

Forward Blocked E-Mail Headers To Webmaster
